Malaysia: Techfast Holdings Berhad changes name to Fast Energy Holdings Berhad

The Board of Directors of Techfast Holdings Berhad (Techfast or the Company) on Tuesday (27 July) announced that the Company, on Monday (26 July 2021) received the Notice of Registration of New Name from Techfast Holdings Berhad to Fast Energy Holdings Berhad dated 26 July 2021.

 Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed to Fast Energy Holdings Berhad with effect from 26 July 2021.

Manifold Times earlier reported Fast Energy Holdings entering into a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) with bunkering firms Fultonn Marine and Wise Marine Pte Ltd (Wise Marine) for the purchase of suitable product tankers for carrying out oil and gas trading activities.
