Advanced analytical services will support support clients in the shipping sector allowing for more accurate and efficient testing of methanol as a marine fuel, Bryan Quek tells bunkering publication Manifold Times.

International laboratory testing services firm Eurofins recently expanded operations to include surveying, sampling and testing packages for methanol bunker fuel within its product portfolio.

The comprehensive quality control and assurance testing of methanol is conducted according to International Methanol Producers and Consumers Association (IMPCA) specifications.

Bryan Quek Sze Wei, General Manager of Eurofins Mechem Pte Ltd, shared with Manifold Times the advanced analytical services will support clients in the shipping sector, allowing for more accurate and efficient testing of methanol as a bunker fuel.
